New Custom Build​
Have you had visions of living your dream in a brand new custom home, built to your specifications?  We can get it done,  from choosing your favorite lot in our project or building one on a lot of your own. Are you having trouble visualizing your dream home on undeveloped land?  We can solve that problem by working with you to clear the lot and situate the foundation location to maximize yard space.  We own all of our equipment and all site work is done by our highly skilled equipment operators.  Choose a lot from our current project Heritage Hill Settlement (info in projects link at top).   From excavation, design/build... all the way to occupancy, we will get you there, working with you each step of the way,   with over 40 years in the home building business.
