Deer Ridge Estates

Located in Tyngsboro Massachusetts, Deer Ridge Estates was developed and built entirely by Connell Construction Corp. and has many content, and often repeat, customers.  This project is completely sold out but take a drive through to see what we could do for you while taking in the abundance of wildlife!

Heritage Hill Settlement

 Our current project  (spring 2016) is a nine lot subdivision cul-de-sac called Farmers Way, off Groton Road in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts. Situated on one of the highest elevations in Tyngsboro, this new project is being developed on Connell family land.   The barn pictured belonged to the original family farm and remained there near the Farmers Way entrance until about 1998.  We hope to keep the rural country farm feel by preserving the character, offering farmhouse or craftsman style home plans ready for your customizing, from concept to creation!  We are committed to superior quality and results and settle for no less.  Historical detailing combined with modernized living spaces is our vision for this new settlement.  Update-this project is currently sold out.
